Questions, answered honestly

Frequently asked questions.

How is IV therapy different from taking supplements?

Oral supplements lose much of their potency to digestion before they ever reach your bloodstream. IV therapy delivers nutrients directly, at full availability, which is why most people feel the difference within hours rather than weeks.

Does the O-Shot® hurt?

Numbing cream is applied first, the procedure itself is quick, and most patients describe it as virtually painless. Most return to their normal day immediately.

How many Emsella sessions will I need?

The standard series is six sessions over about three weeks. Like any muscle, the pelvic floor responds to progressive training — each 28-minute session delivers roughly 11,000 contractions while you sit fully clothed.

Is PRP safe? What does the procedure feel like?

PRP is prepared from your own blood, which is why it's so well tolerated. After a standard blood draw and numbing, the treatment itself takes minutes. Expect brief redness or fullness at the site that settles quickly.

Am I a candidate for radiofrequency skin tightening?

Most adults with mild to moderate skin laxity — from aging or from rapid weight loss, including GLP-1 medications — are good candidates. A consultation confirms fit for your skin and goals.

Do you take insurance?

Brighton Park is a cash-pay practice, which is what lets us spend real time with you and offer treatments insurance doesn't cover. Pricing is transparent and discussed at your consultation.

I work nights or odd shifts — can I get an appointment?

Yes. We hold early-evening appointments and post-call-day slots specifically for shift workers, nurses, and anyone whose schedule doesn't fit a 9-to-5.

Is my consultation private?

Completely. Consultations are private, confidential, and judgment-free — typically 15 to 45 minutes with our team, with no pressure to book anything.
