Intimate Wellness · The Intimate Vitality Protocol
Our most complete answer: the O-Shot® supporting the tissue, a full six-session Emsella series rebuilding the strength beneath it. One protocol, one price, one team walking you through it.
Leaks and changed sensation usually aren't one problem — they're two. A pelvic floor that lost strength, and tissue that lost quality. Treat only one and the other keeps holding you back. The protocol addresses both: roughly 66,000 pelvic contractions across the Emsella series, and the O-Shot®'s platelet-driven support where sensation and control live.
Booked separately these run more; the protocol brings them together at $3,250 with your visits sequenced for you. Your private training video walks you through everything before your first appointment.
They work on different layers of the same problem. Emsella rebuilds the muscular structure that holds pressure; the O-Shot® supports the tissue quality, blood flow, and sensitivity within it. Structure plus tissue is why the pairing outperforms either alone for many women.
One O-Shot® treatment and a complete six-session Emsella series, sequenced by our team, plus your private training video so you know exactly what to expect at every visit.
Emsella sessions run about twice weekly over three weeks; the O-Shot® is placed at the point in the sequence our medical team recommends for you. Evening and post-call-day slots are available.

The O-Shot® procedure uses platelet-rich plasma (PRP) derived from the patient's own blood. The FDA does not regulate the use of a patient's own blood components when drawn and reinjected during the same procedure. Where devices are used in the course of treatment, Brighton Park uses FDA-cleared devices operated within their intended use. The use of PRP for intimate wellness and urinary symptoms is considered an off-label application.
