What the O-Shot® actually is.

Your blood carries platelets — the cells your body rushes to any site it wants to repair. The O-Shot® concentrates those platelets from a simple blood draw, then places them precisely in the tissue responsible for sensation, lubrication, and urinary control.

The signal they send is the one your body already understands: rebuild here. Over the following weeks, many women report improved sensitivity, comfort, natural lubrication, and fewer leaks with laughing, sneezing, or exercise. Individual results vary.

The visit

Four steps. About an hour, start to finish.

1. Numb

Strong topical numbing cream, given time to fully work while we prepare.

2. Draw

A standard blood draw — the same as any lab visit.

3. Prepare

Your platelets are concentrated into PRP using our Supershot preparation.

4. Place

Precise, physician-directed placement. Most women say they barely feel it — then back to your day.

Who it tends to help.

Women who leak with laughter, sneezes, or workouts. Women whose sensation or desire changed after childbirth or through perimenopause. Women who feel dryness or discomfort where there used to be ease. Women who were told "that's just aging" and didn't accept it.

“I am over-the-moon about how well the O-Shot helped me in an area I didn't realize just how badly I suffered with.” — O-Shot® patient experience, shared via the Cellular Medicine Association.

Questions women actually ask.

Is the O-Shot® FDA approved?

The O-Shot® uses platelet-rich plasma from your own blood, drawn and reinjected in the same visit — a use the FDA does not regulate. Devices used in the process are FDA-cleared and operated within their intended use. PRP for intimate wellness and urinary symptoms is an off-label application, which is common in medicine and legal for licensed physicians.

Does the O-Shot® hurt?

A strong numbing cream is applied first and given time to work. Most women describe the procedure itself as virtually painless — pressure more than pain — and return to their normal day immediately.

How soon will I notice anything?

Some women notice changes within days; for most, the platelet-driven tissue response builds over 4 to 12 weeks. Individual results vary.

How long does it last?

Many women enjoy results for a year or more, and some choose a periodic refresh. Your consultation covers what's realistic for your situation.

Why does certification matter?

The O-Shot® is a specific trademarked method with a defined technique. Only certified providers appear in the Cellular Medicine Association's official directory — Brighton Park is the only certified provider on that directory within 60 miles of Syracuse, and the only physician within 120 miles.

Pair it with Emsella for structure and tissue: see the Intimate Vitality Protocol, or take the 2-minute candidacy check.

The O-Shot® procedure uses platelet-rich plasma (PRP) derived from the patient's own blood. The FDA does not regulate the use of a patient's own blood components when drawn and reinjected during the same procedure. Where devices are used in the course of treatment, Brighton Park uses FDA-cleared devices operated within their intended use. The use of PRP for intimate wellness and urinary symptoms is considered an off-label application.
